Laiwu Longshan is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

The Longshan Scenic Area is situated in Xiweishi Village, Chaye Kou Town. It borders the Yingwen River to the north, faces Xueye Lake to the west, lies adjacent to the ancient battlefield of Changshuo to the east, and connects with Jimushan Forest Farm to the south. The undulating natural mountain terrain resembles a giant dragon lying quietly in repose, while the Dragon Pond at the foot of the mountain is like a pearl inlaid among the towering peaks, creating a strikingly picturesque scene of “a dancing dragon playing with a pearl.”

With over 80% forest coverage, the area boasts a pristine ecological environment. Throughout the year, streams flow gently, birds sing amid fragrant flowers, and the air remains fresh. The scenic zone is situated on the site of the ancient battlefield (the Battle of Changshuo), featuring remnants of the ancient Qi-Lu Road and folk cultural sites that have witnessed centuries of history, offering rich cultural heritage. It is a comprehensive scenic area integrating eco-tourism, folk culture experiences, health and wellness retreats, and leisure entertainment.

Chaye Kou Town: Located at the foot of the ancient Qi-Lu Great Wall, Chaye Kou Town in Laiwu District, Laiwu City, is a purely mountainous township covering an area of 185.6 square kilometers. It governs 60 administrative villages, with 12,634 households and a population of 36,000. The town has 34,068 mu of arable land and 93,000 mu of forested land, with a forest coverage rate of 57%. It enjoys a strategically advantageous location, bordering Zibo to the east, connecting to Zhangqiu Mingshui to the north, linking to the provincial capital Jinan to the west, and belonging to Laiwu to the south.
