Bijiashan Scenic Area in Laiwu is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Bijiashan is located in Pangjiazhuang Village, Niquan Town, southwest of Laiwu City. It borders Hulu Valley to the east, YunTai Mountain to the north, and Yanling Pass to the south. Legend has it that during a calligraphy discussion session here between Wang Xizhi, the Sage of Calligraphy from the Eastern Jin Dynasty, and other literati, the wind blew the paper rolls. In haste, they set down their brushes and pressed the paper, then suddenly looked up to find the mountain resembling a brush rack. Thus, Wang Xizhi named it on the spot.

Surrounded by peaks and green waters, Bijiashan boasts pleasant scenery. The scenic area covers a total of 2,460 mu and is rich in myths and legends such as the 0 Spring and Tiger Cave. Qi Shijiao, a famous historical figure, was born here, and the historically significant "Jiagu Alliance" also took place here. The unique cultural landscapes and beautiful natural scenery form abundant tourism resources.

The scenic area is divided into six functional zones: the China Wang Xizhi Stele Forest, the Chinese Famous Pavilions Garden, Cliff Inscriptions, Folk Culture, Ecological Agriculture Sightseeing, and Leisure & Entertainment Services. The China Wang Xizhi Stele Forest plans to select representative works of famous calligraphers throughout history, categorized into four major types: ancient, modern, Chinese, and foreign. These are distributed along the mountain according to the evolution of time periods and script styles, blending human culture with natural landscapes. It embodies both historical solemnity and modern vibrancy, offering layered aesthetic experiences. The project plans to build 4,000 steles and a 600-meter stele corridor, the largest of its kind in China. The Famous Pavilions Garden reconstructs renowned pavilions from across the country, bringing together masterpieces such as the Orchid Pavilion, Apricot Altar, Goose Pond, Banished Immortal Pavilion, Peak-Viewing Pavilion, and Moon-Immersed Pavilion. A total of 20 pavilions will be built, also making it the largest collection of its kind nationwide.

Pangjiazhuang Village: Located 16 kilometers southwest of Laiwu City and 10 kilometers from the Niquan Town government, Pangjiazhuang Village is bordered by Lüfanya Village to the north, Litiaozhuang Village to the south, Bijiashan Mountain to the east, and Fenghuang Mountain to the west. The village has a total of 306 households, 869 residents, and 784 mu of arable land.

Pangjiazhuang Village is situated at the southern end of "Jiagu Valley" and consists of three natural villages: Pangjiazhuang, Suan Yuan, and Xinan Ling. The Yunfeng River winds northward through the village, and the Niushi Road (from Niquan to Xintai’s Shilai) runs through the village.
