Fujia Manor

Fujia Manor is a national AA-level tourist attraction.

Fujia Manor is located east of Fujia Village in Xueye Town, Xueye Tourist Area, Laiwu City, Shandong Province. It is 20 kilometers from Laiwu City and 46 kilometers from Jinan. The manor borders Jinan to the north, connects with Zibo to the east, and neighbors Tai’an to the west. It lies at the strategic ancient pass of Jinyang Pass. The estate covers an area of 56.41 hectares. The total planned investment for the project is 126 million yuan. Designed by the Shandong Agricultural University Design Institute, the manor follows the concept of “green, eco-friendly, healthy, and joyful,” and has been meticulously developed into a high-end green agricultural complex. It serves as a leisure and sightseeing agricultural park integrating functions such as “green production, leisure tourism, farming experiences, vacation wellness, sports and health, science education, technology demonstration, and training.”

The estate is planned and built according to a “two-ring, seven-zone” layout. The “two rings” consist of upper and lower sloped roads. The upper ring is formed by walking trails, mainly for leisure, sports, and sightseeing. The lower ring is made up of the main roads within the estate. The “seven zones” include the comprehensive management service area, specialty ecological breeding area, specialty planting area, leisure wellness resort area, forest sightseeing and sports area, animal world experience area, and specialty catering service area—seven functional zones, each featuring multiple iconic scenic spots.
