The Site of Liu Junlin’s Martyrdom is a cultural relic protection unit of Shandong Province.

The Site of Liu Junlin’s Martyrdom is located in Chayekou Town, Laicheng District, Laiwu City, dating back to 1944.

On June 23, 2015, the Site of Liu Junlin’s Martyrdom was designated by the People's Government of Shandong Province as part of the fifth batch of Provincial-Level Cultural Relics Protection Units in Shandong.

Chayekou Town: Chayekou Town in Laicheng District, Laiwu City, is situated at the foot of the ancient Qi-Lu Great Wall. It is a purely mountainous township covering an area of 185.6 square kilometers, with jurisdiction over 60 administrative villages, 12,634 households, a population of 36,000, 34,068 mu of arable land, and 93,000 mu of forested land, achieving a forest coverage rate of 57%. The town enjoys a superior geographical location, bordering Zibo to the east, connecting to Zhangqiu’s Mingshui to the north, linking to the provincial capital Jinan to the west, and belonging to Laiwu to the south. It takes just one hour to reach the farthest neighboring provincial capital, Jinan, by car.
