The Former Site of the Establishment of the Laiwu County Committee of the Communist Party of China (Heshang Cave Ruins) is a municipal-level cultural relic protection unit of Jinan City.

The Former Site of the Establishment of the Laiwu County Committee of the Communist Party of China (Heshang Cave Ruins) is located in Heshang Cave, Bogelou Village, Niquan Town, Laiwu District. It dates back to 1932 and is classified as an important modern historical site and representative building.

On December 25, 1997, the Former Site of the Establishment of the Laiwu County Committee of the Communist Party of China (Heshang Cave Ruins) was designated as a municipal-level cultural relic protection unit of Jinan City.

Niquan Town: Located in the southwestern part of Laiwu, Niquan Town borders the majestic Lotus Mountain to the south, faces the meandering Wen River to the north, neighbors Gaozhuang Subdistrict to the east, and adjoins Jiaoyu Town of Daiyue District, Tai’an, to the west. The terrain is higher in the south and lower in the north, sloping northwestward, with mountainous areas in the south and hills and plains in the northwest. The town was formed in late 2000 through the merger of the former Niquan Town and Shengjing Township. It covers a total area of 150 square kilometers, including 80,000 mu of arable land, 75,000 mu of mountainous land, and 75,000 mu of hilly land.
