The ruins of Julu Commandery City are ancient ruins dating from the Qin to the Han Dynasty, located in Pingshan Township, Pingxiang County, Xingtai City. The ruins of Julu Commandery City are among the fifth batch of provincial-level cultural heritage protection units in Hebei Province.

Pingshan Township: Located in the southwestern part of the county, it covers a total area of 52.7 square kilometers, with a population of 35,800, and administers 42 administrative villages. It has 54,000 mu of arable land, 92% of which is irrigated. The economy is primarily agricultural, with crops including wheat, corn, and chili peppers. The annual grain yield is 21,300 tons. There are 10 orchards, 5 specialized crop-growing villages, and 2 specialized livestock-raising villages.
