The Mozi Memorial Hall is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

The Mozi Memorial Hall was first built in 1993. With its unique architectural style and innovative design, it combines traditional ethnic elements with a distinct contemporary feel. It serves as a comprehensive, multifunctional garden-style complex integrating academic seminars, book collections, science and technology education, and sightseeing. Located on the picturesque western bank of the Jing River in the eastern part of Tengzhou City, it is divided into three sections: east, west, and north. The east section houses the Mozi Memorial Hall, the west section includes the China Mozi Society, the Tengzhou International Research Center for Mozi Studies at Shandong University, and others, while the north section is the library building, which stores domestic and international books and materials related to Mozi studies.

Mozi was a great ancient Chinese thinker, educator, scientist, military strategist, and social activist. Mohism is an important component of the outstanding traditional culture of the Chinese nation. Sun Yat-sen praised Mozi as "the world's foremost advocate of equality and universal love," ranking him alongside the Yellow Emperor, George Washington, and Rousseau as one of the four great figures. Mao Zedong spoke highly of him, saying: "Mozi was a sage superior to Confucius." As early as over 2,300 years ago, his work "Mo Jing" contained rich knowledge in mechanics, optics, geometry, engineering technology, and the fundamental elements of modern physics and mathematics. Mozi was an encyclopedic "sage of the common people" and is known as the "Sage of Science."
