The Jinchan Lake Leisure Manor in Longyang Town is one of the key projects of the "Fragrant Fruits of Longyang" rural tourism initiative. Located at the southern foot of Longshan Mountain and on the west side of Longshan Tourism Avenue, it covers an area of 60 mu, including a 20-mu lake. It is divided into six sections: a featured agricultural picking area, a farming experience zone, a specialty dining area, a fish-watching and fishing area, a folk culture experience area, and a leisure resort area. Visitors can enjoy local delicacies, pick seasonal fruits, take part in folk activities, experience farming life, and engage in a series of distinctive rural tourism activities. Once completed, the manor will be able to accommodate over 300 visitors per day. At the entrance of Jinchan Lake Leisure Manor lies a naturally formed rugged stone that resembles a golden toad absorbing wealth and fortune from the mud—an auspicious symbol gathering the spiritual energy of Longling Mountain and attracting prosperity from all directions. The manor is thus named after this stone. Entering the manor brings visitors an added sense of luck, wealth, and blessings.
