The Minlou Ruins are a cultural heritage protection unit of Shandong Province.

The Minlou Ruins are located in Baogou Town, Tengzhou City. Dating back to the Shang and Han dynasties, the site was designated as part of the fourth batch of Provincial-Level Cultural Heritage Protection Units of Shandong Province by the Shandong Provincial People's Government in 2013.

Baogou Town: Situated in the southwest of Tengzhou City, Baogou Town is traversed by the Beijing-Shanghai Railway and National Highway 104 from north to south, and crossed by Duxi Road from east to west. It connects to the exit of the Beijing-Fuzhou Expressway to the east, enjoying a superior geographical location and convenient transportation. The town administers 66 administrative villages, covering a total area of 74.6 square kilometers with a population of 81,000. Three major coal mines currently under construction—the Jinzhuang Coal Mine, the Tengdong Coal Mine, and the North Seven Mining Area of the Tianchen Coal Mine—have created strong new momentum for the development of the southern Shandong coalfield, highlighting significant economic growth potential.
