Qianjinggou Site

The Qianjinggou Site is a cultural heritage protection unit of Shandong Province.

The Qianjinggou Site is located in Dongshahexiang, Tengzhou City. It dates back to the Neolithic Age and the Han Dynasty. In 2013, the Qianjinggou Site was designated as part of the fourth batch of provincial-level cultural heritage protection units by the Shandong Provincial People's Government.

Dongshahexiang: Dongshahexiang is located in the eastern suburbs of Tengzhou City. The town government is only 1.5 kilometers away from the under-construction Dongcheng New District. It covers a total area of 51 square kilometers, governs 40 administrative villages, and has a population of 51,000. It is one of China’s 500 pilot towns for small-town construction and a pilot town of Shandong Province’s “Hundred New Projects.” In recent years, the town’s Party committee and government have guided overall development with the core goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects, established and implemented the Scientific Outlook on Development, sought development through reform and innovation, and mobilized public strength to achieve prosperity.
