Shangxu Site

The Shangxu Site is a cultural heritage protection unit of Shandong Province.

The Shangxu Site is located in Nanshahe Town, Tengzhou City. It dates back to the Neolithic Age through the Han Dynasty. In 2013, the Shangxu Site was designated as part of the fourth batch of provincial-level cultural heritage protection units by the People's Government of Shandong Province.

Nanshahe Town: Covering an area of 44.7 square kilometers with a population of 48,000, Nanshahe Town administers 38 administrative villages and is included in Zone B of the Tengzhou Economic Development Zone. The Beijing-Fuzhou Expressway, Jizao Road, Duxi Road, and Yikang Avenue intersect within the town, and it features a southern exit of the Beijing-Fuzhou Expressway and the Nanshahe Station of the Beijing-Shanghai Railway, giving it exceptional locational and transportation advantages.
