Xizhuchen Site

The Xizhuchen Site is a cultural heritage protection unit of Shandong Province.

The Xizhuchen Site is located in Xigang Town, Tengzhou City. It dates back to the Shang and Zhou dynasties. In 2013, the Xizhuchen Site was designated as part of the fourth batch of provincial-level cultural heritage protection units by the People's Government of Shandong Province.

Xigang Town: Located in the southwest of Tengzhou City, Xigang Town covers an area of 79.8 square kilometers, governs 64 villages and 8 residential communities, with a total population of 131,000 and an urbanization rate of 62.2%. In 2003, the town achieved a GDP of 979 million yuan, local fiscal revenue of 23.412 million yuan, and a per capita net income of 4,666 yuan for farmers. It has been successively named by the state as a National Pilot Town for Comprehensive Reform of Small Towns, National Key Town, National Advanced Unit for Forestry Production, and National Advanced Town for Mass Sports.
