RuiChang Hengrui Industrial Co., Ltd. — Raohe Leisure Villa was established in January 2007. It is a joint-stock enterprise integrating tourism, leisure, agricultural sightseeing, and conference services. The villa is located in Raojiahe, Guilin Village, Guilin Subdistrict Office, RuiChang City, just 2 kilometers from downtown RuiChang, enjoying very convenient transportation.

Raohe Leisure Villa boasts a beautiful environment and pleasant scenery. Surrounded by mountains on all sides and encircled by a river, it is a typical small island nestled by a river. The surrounding river flows year-round, and the green mountains remain lush throughout all seasons.

Raohe Leisure Villa has leased 2,000 mu of mountain land, rented over 400 mu of land, acquired 20 mu of land (for permanent structures), and leased over 600 mu of water surface. The planning and design of the villa began at the end of 2006, and formal construction commenced in early 2007. The total investment is 40 million RMB, with an initial investment of 20 million RMB (to be used for constructing water and electricity systems, roads and bridges, a comprehensive building, leisure cottages, orchards, intensive fish ponds, land leveling, riverside revetments, road expansion, as well as building a natural swimming pool and water recreation facilities); the second phase will invest another 20 million RMB (for building a hunting ground, sports field, children’s playground, cableway, and additional tourism facilities). To date, a river-crossing bridge, an access road to the park, a 200-mu orchard, and a 20-mu island-surrounding fish pond have been preliminarily completed. Water and electricity have been connected, and the first-phase project is expected to be largely completed by the end of 2007, with official opening scheduled for May 1, 2008.
