2799 Project Area Leisure Base

The renowned "2799 Project" area features a thoughtfully selected leisure base. To the south, you can gaze at the South Mountain of the county town, and to the west, the splendid Kuanglu Mountains. The landscape of lakes and hills unfolds before your eyes, with serene mountains and distant waters offering breathtaking beauty. Within the site, there are 243 acres of meticulously managed fishponds crisscrossed with pathways. It's a place that refreshes the mind and lifts the spirit. With the objective of creating a base that "combines high-quality aquatic farming with fishing and sightseeing," and after six months of dedicated effort, we have largely completed the construction of two major projects: artificial landscapes in the fishponds and a leisure tourism corridor. The managed fishponds have undergone comprehensive dredging, and four standardized fishing ponds have been built. A new management building has been erected, along with 2,000 meters of partition fences. Over 4,000 square meters of newly constructed roads have all been paved, 400 southern-style weeping willows now display their lush greenery, and 18 street lamps illuminate the area come nightfall. Supporting facilities such as a farmhouse restaurant near the fishing site, an aquatic recreation venue, and an underwater world are currently under planning.

This will become a premier tourist and leisure destination integrating fishing, sightseeing, tourism, and relaxation, connecting to a three-day tour of Mount Lu. Here, you can leisurely cruise upstream or take a sightseeing vehicle to explore the shimmering waters and open fields.
