Changshuyuan is located within Luoping Town. In March 2003, it was developed by the Yinhe Company of Wuning County. To date, the site has built the Yinhe Mountain Villa, which can accommodate over 200 guests, an 80-meter leisure pavilion, an 800-square-meter parking lot, and has purchased more than 120 rafting boats.

The Changshuyuan rafting course winds and twists, featuring rapids and shoals at every turn. The entire route combines moments of thrill with calm stretches, offering the perfect balance of activity and relaxation—it's an ideal destination for both sports and leisure.
