Cao Yuan Waterfall Cluster

The Cao Yuan Waterfall Cluster is located on the picturesque Luxi River in Erkou Township, within the mountainous southern region of Guixi City. It falls within the boundaries of the national scenic area of Longhu Mountain. The area is 40 kilometers by road from Yingtan City. The waterfalls lie north of the Wuyi Mountain Range and south of the Luxi River, passing through Cao Yuan Village.

The waterfall cluster is surrounded by towering mountains and dense forests, with lush greenery, a serene environment, and rich wildlife resources, offering a cool climate in summer. The interconnected waterfalls consist of three tiers, with the second tier being the most majestic and spectacular. Visitors can first take a bamboo raft ride and then hike to admire the breathtaking beauty of nature. It serves as an ideal destination for summer retreats, hiking, and leisure, holding great potential for tourism development.
