Located on the short hilltop behind Ai Family Village in Nongli, Pogran Township, it was built in 1958 and is a county-level cultural relic protection unit. The memorial tower is constructed of red stone and reinforced concrete. It stands about 12 meters tall, with four flat sides inscribed with calligraphy by Mao Zedong and Lin Biao. The east side reads: "Communism is invincible. A single spark can start a prairie fire. Long live the martyrs who died for the cause. — Mao Zedong." The south side reads: "Eternal glory to the martyrs who sacrificed bravely. — Supreme honor. — Mao Zedong." The west side reads: "To die for the people is to live on in glory. — Mao Zedong." The north side reads: "Revolutionary martyrs will live forever. — Lin Biao."

Pogran Township: Pogang Township is located in the northern part of Dongxiang County, at the junction of three cities (Fuzhou, Shangrao, and Yingtan) and three counties (Dongxiang, Yugan, and Yujiang). Its southeastern end borders Chuntao and Wuqiao townships in Yujiang County, its western end adjoins Xiaohuang Town in the same county, and its northern end connects to Meigang Township in Yugan County. It is often referred to as the eastern gateway of Dongxiang. The township covers a land area of 54.5 square kilometers, governs 7 village committees and 76 villager groups, with a total population of 16,559. The total cultivated land area is 17,239 mu, including 16,077 mu of paddy fields and 1,162 mu of dry land.
