Suoluo Mountain Forest Park

Suoluo Mountain Forest Park is located in the southern part of Ji’an County, about 5 kilometers from the county seat. Accessible via National Highway 105, it covers an area of 5.4 square kilometers. This mountainous natural scenic tourism area is also a provincial-level forest park. The park features dense forests, towering ancient trees, and a rich diversity of wildlife. Strolling through the area feels like a journey back in time into nature’s tranquil depths, making it a great destination for camping and leisure. With steep terrain and uniquely shaped rock formations, it is also an ideal spot for rock climbing and hiking. The park currently includes attractions such as the ruins of King Kang’s Temple, ancient wells, giant horse hoof prints, a satellite tower, thousand-acre azalea fields, a maze of jagged rocks, and the former site of the Nanjing Military Region Communications Company. It also offers a variety of adventure and team-building activities such as fishing, picnicking, barbecuing, rock climbing, zip-lining, paintball, and a fun bridge world. There are also challenge courses including Farmer’s Fun, the Path of the Brave, and Retracing the Red Army’s Route.
