Xingguo County Revolutionary Martyrs' Cemetery is a classic red tourism destination and a patriotic education base.

Xingguo Martyrs' Cemetery is located next to the Xingguo County Bus Station and features a complex of structures including the Martyrs' Memorial Tower, Memorial Pavilion, Monument of Names, Plaza, and Aircraft Exhibition Hall. The Martyrs' Memorial Tower was built in 1957, stands 18 meters tall, has three levels and four sides, and is constructed of brick and concrete. Its top is adorned with a 2-meter-high five-pointed star, giving it a majestic and imposing appearance. The Martyrs' Memorial Hall was built in 1957 on Jixin Ridge, and relocated to the current Martyrs' Hall in 1977. It consists of an entrance hall, a memorial chapel, and five exhibition halls, covering an area of 1,401 square meters. The hall displays the life stories, photos, and some personal belongings of over 23,000 notable martyrs from Xingguo, and also features notable artistic sculptures such as "Entrusting Orphans Before Battle," "Death Before Surrender," "Laundry Team Members," "Jiang Shan Zhong's Leap off the Cliff," and "Crossing Snowy Mountains." The "Monument of Names of Revolutionary Martyrs," completed in 1991, is designed in the shape of a five-pointed corridor, with a central group sculpture of martyrs, and the corridor is inlaid with stone tablets engraved with the names of all 23,179 martyrs from the county.

In January 1995 and July 2001, it was successively named a National Patriotic Education Demonstration Base by the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China, and in 1996, it was designated as a National Key Martyrs' Memorial Building Protection Unit by the Ministry of Civil Affairs.
