Tianjin Lingao Creative Industry Park is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Tianjin Lingao Creative Industry Park is the largest and first legally registered creative industry park in Tianjin. It is an industrial cluster primarily centered around animation and gaming, new media networks, technology R&D, and cultural creativity. Its development speed and operational effectiveness lead all similar parks in Tianjin. The park has been visited and guided by leaders including Li Changchun, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, and Huang Xingguo, then Deputy Secretary and Mayor of Tianjin Municipal Committee. Covering a total construction area of 450,000 square meters with a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan, the park is located just 600 meters south of the Olympic Water Drop Stadium and is close to the Water Park, Nancui Ping Park, and the Third Higher Education District, forming a unique advantage of cultural and natural ecological landscapes. Creativity and culture intertwine within the park. Its five major service platforms and over 150 creative enterprises have become tourist attractions. These include: the exhibition hall, where visitors can intuitively understand creative concepts and learn about the park’s growth story; the 3D film and animation production base, where guests can experience firsthand the process of creating animations from scratch; and various creative enterprise sites that introduce concepts such as “hyper-realistic imitation paintings, time-honored lacquer craftsmanship, and lifelike clay figurines by Clay Figurine Zhang,” offering visitors a uniquely novel experience. The artistic and creative atmosphere has made the park a landmark destination for creative tourism in Tianjin.

To establish a national-level "Industrial Tourism Demonstration Park," the park has hired a professional creative design team to design Phase III of the Lingao Creative Industry Park according to international standards and in line with modern creative architectural styles. With a total construction area of 330,000 square meters, this phase has now been put into use. It is expected to attract 1,000 creative enterprises, provide jobs for 20,000 people, and achieve an annual output value of over 8 billion yuan, making it the "Creative Capital" of industrial tourism nationwide.
