The Xingguo Revolutionary Memorial Hall is a classic red tourism destination and a patriotic education base.

The Xingguo Revolutionary Memorial Hall is located at No. 5 Hongjun Road, Lianjiang Town, Xingguo County, Jiangxi Province. It is a public cultural institution established by the county government. Its construction began in the winter of 1958, and it was officially established and opened to the public in November 1963. In 1976, the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China approved the establishment of the Mao Zedong Changgang Township Investigation Memorial Hall, which officially opened to the public in 1977 and was affiliated with the Xingguo Revolutionary Memorial Hall. To strengthen the protection of cultural relics in the county, in 2005, the county government approved the establishment of the Xingguo County Cultural Relics Bureau, which shares offices with the Revolutionary Memorial Hall. It operates under two separate names but with a unified team, without increasing staff or staffing levels.

The Xingguo Revolutionary Memorial Hall is a social history museum and serves as a national patriotic education demonstration base and a national third-grade museum. It is responsible for the collection, preservation, protection, research, and exhibition of cultural relics across the county, as well as the protection and management of immovable cultural relics. It also handles administrative violations of cultural relics within the county, organizes law enforcement inspections related to cultural relics, and investigates and deals with any discovered violations. The museum currently has one Party branch with eight Party members, one director who also serves as the Party branch secretary, three deputy directors, a total staff quota of 20, 19 current staff members, and 13 retired employees. There are 16 professionals at the memorial hall, including one associate researcher, two mid-level professionals (librarians), and 13 junior-level professionals (assistant librarians). The internal structure consists of three groups, one office, and one team: the Exhibition and Conservation Group, the Mass Work Group, the Security Group, the Office, and the Cultural Relics Law Enforcement Team.
