Swan Lake, also known as Taiping Reservoir, is located at Shizibei in Laowei Village, Huanxing Town. A paved road leads directly to the top of the dam. Situated within the Gemstone Fairyland Tourist Area, the lake is surrounded by towering Danxia rock peaks, where water and mountain scenery blend into a spectacular panorama.

Huanxing Town: Huanxing Town is located in the northwest of Xingguo County, bordering Chongxian Township to the east, Lianjiang Town to the south, Chayuan Township to the west, and Taihe County to the north. It is 13 kilometers from the county seat. The town covers an area of 236 square kilometers and governs 20 administrative villages (Laoyingpan, Shangmi, Dunqiu, Changjing, Gaohu, Gaoduo, Huanxing, Huangqun, Shuikou, Zhangkeng, Qiguang, Huakeng, Xiaochun, Xinwei, Shantang, Wenxi, Hexing, Mengshan, Laowei, Longshan) and 309 villager groups, with a total population of 55,000. The Beijing-Kowloon Railway, Shiji Expressway, and National Highway 319 all pass through the town, giving it unique transportation advantages.
