The former site of the Red Fourth Army Headquarters at Baishi is located in Foling Group, Baishi Village, Chenggang Township, Xingguan County, dating back to 1931.

In March 2018, it was designated as part of the sixth batch of provincial-level cultural heritage protection units in Jiangxi Province.

Baishi Village: Baishi Village is situated in the northern part of Chenggang Township, approximately 10 kilometers from the township government seat. The village has a total of 658 households and a population of 2,586. It comprises nine natural villages and 21 villager groups, namely: Cunnei Group, Zhongxin Group, Dianbei Group, Fuxing Group, Jiakeng Group, Shěchāng Group, Fuen Group, Shangxi Group, Shikanna Group, Taolin Group, Xiawu Group, Zhenbei Group, Jingmei Group, Waipai Group, Fumei Group, Shuibei Group, Fufang Group, Libu Group, Shibei Group, Zhangxia Group, and Zhaixia Group.
