The Former Site of the Committee of the Communist Party of China for the Yubei Special District is located at the Xie Weizi Ancestral Hall in Mutang Group, Zhuwu Village, Qiaotou Township, Yudu County, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province. The site was originally the Xie Weizi Ancestral Hall, built in the 50th year of the Qianlong reign during the Qing Dynasty (1785). The site faces south and consists of a pan-shaped pond, inner and outer courtyards, a gate tower, and the main structure comprising three halls and three wing rooms. It features a mixed structure of brick, wood, and earth, combining flush gable and hanging gable roofs. The total width is 51.92 meters, the total depth is 40.61 meters, and the overall site covers an area of approximately 4,606.3 square meters, with the building footprint being 2,125.05 square meters. In August 1928, the Committee of the Communist Party of China for the Yubei Special District was established here, leading the people of border areas including Yudu, Xingguo, and Ningdu in armed struggle. The land revolution developed in depth, and the revolutionary base area continued to expand. In 1932, the Shengli County was established on the basis of the Yubei Special District Committee. In September 2004, it was announced as a cultural relic protection unit of Yudu County. On March 9, 2018, it was designated as a provincial-level cultural relic protection unit by the People's Government of Jiangxi Province.
