The former site of the Red Fourth Army supplies storage facility is a cultural relic protection unit of Jiangxi Province.

The former site of the Red Fourth Army supplies storage facility is located at the Huang Clan Ancestral Hall on Xinsheng Lane, Gongjiang Town, Yudu County. Originally built during the Ming Dynasty as the ancestral hall of the Huang family, this site served as an important hub for the Ming Dynasty Neo-Confucian scholar Huang Honggang. It underwent renovations during the Qing Dynasty and the Republican era. The structure features a brick-and-wood construction, faces south with a north orientation, and has a single courtyard with two halls. It measures 10.9 meters in width, 20.8 meters in depth, and 7 meters in height, covering a total area of 234 square meters. On April 8, 1929, Comrades Mao Zedong and Zhu De led the Red Fourth Army in their first occupation of Yudu. This ancestral hall was then used as the Red Fourth Army supplies storage facility. During their stay in Yudu, the Red Fourth Army held a mass meeting at the Huang Clan Ancestral Hall in the county town, distributed supplies confiscated from local despots to the public, and assisted in establishing the first county-level red political power in southern Jiangxi—the Yudu County Workers', Peasants', and Soldiers' Revolutionary Committee.

The former site of the Red Fourth Army supplies storage facility provides physical material for the study of Yudu’s Neo-Confucian scholars and the military history of the Red Fourth Army, holding significant cultural heritage value. In 2008, it was re-investigated and catalogued during the third national cultural relics survey and included in the list of immovable cultural relics of Yudu County. In 2012, it was listed in the protection plan for revolutionary sites and relics in the former Central Soviet Area, including southern Jiangxi. In 2016, the National Cultural Heritage Administration allocated funds for a comprehensive restoration of the site to its original appearance. The site is well preserved. On March 9, 2018, it was designated as a provincial-level cultural relic protection unit by the People's Government of Jiangxi Province.
