The former site of the Gongnongbing Revolutionary Committee of Yudu County is a cultural relic protection unit of Jiangxi Province.

The former site of the Gongnongbing Revolutionary Committee of Yudu County is located at the Zhaozhong Shrine, No. 27 Jianguo Road, Jiefang Neighborhood Committee, Gongjiang Town, Yudu County. It is a building from the late Qing Dynasty. The site faces south and features a brick-and-wood structure with blue bricks and gray tiles, a flush gable roof, two courtyards and three halls, and an entrance in the form of an eight-character memorial archway. It spans 9.4 meters in width (three bays), extends 36.4 meters in depth, and stands 7 meters tall, covering a total area of 342.16 square meters. In early April 1929, Mao Zedong and Zhu De led the Fourth Red Army to Yudu, where they helped establish the first county-level red political power in southern Jiangxi — the "Gongnongbing Revolutionary Committee of Yudu County" — which was headquartered here. Following the establishment of the committee, red political powers were successively formed in the eastern, southern, western, and northern townships of Yudu County, leading the local poor workers and peasants in struggles against landlords and in redistributing land. This laid the foundation for the formation of the Central Revolutionary Base. The site provides important physical evidence for the study of the history of the Central Soviet Area and holds significant cultural value. It was designated as a cultural relic protection unit of Yudu County in 1982. On March 9, 2018, it was announced as a provincial-level cultural relic protection unit by the Jiangxi Provincial People's Government.

Gongjiang Town: Gongjiang Town is the location of the First Crossing of the Long March of the Central Red Army in Yudu County, serving as the political, economic, cultural, and educational center of the county. Covering a total area of 154.65 square kilometers, it governs 25 administrative villages and 12 community neighborhood committees, with a total population of 180,875. The town has five Party general branches and 62 Party branches, with 2,333 Party members, including 37 rural Party branches and 946 rural Party members.
