Lover's Valley at Xiamen University

Lover's Valley at Xiamen University was not originally called Lover's Valley. It is a valley formed by the terrain of Wulao Peak to the north of the university. Within the valley lies an artificial reservoir. Before Xiamen started importing water from the Jiulong River, this reservoir supplied nearly all the water used by the entire university. With the picturesque peaks and unique rocks of Wulao Peak as a backdrop, and exotic flowers and plants adding splendor, the landscape of mountains and water is so beautiful it resembles a fairyland.

Tips:

Photography Tips: The beautiful scenery is hidden throughout Lover's Valley, and there are many great hidden spots along the way for photos. For example, Lover's Pavilion is an excellent spot to take pictures. Standing in the center of the pavilion, you can capture serene forest views.
