Tomb of Chen Shijing
The Tomb of Chen Shijing is a municipal cultural relics protection unit in Xiamen.
Beside Jishan Road on Gulangyu Island, there is an unassuming tombstone inscribed with “Tomb of the Ming Dynasty Patriot Chen Shijing.” The nearby stone tablet marked “Bu’an,” personally calligraphed by Chen Shijing, features bold and unrestrained strokes with a vigorous momentum, while the central part displays a 1982 municipal cultural relics protection unit notice.
