Xiangshan Park in Xiang'an

Xiangshan Country Park is located within the Xiangshan Provincial Scenic Area in Xindian Town, Xiang'an District. It is being developed in three phases, with a total ** of approximately 150 million yuan. Currently, the first and second phases have been fully completed. The first phase mainly involved constructing distinctive mountain gates, an incense burner square, public toilets, pavilions, corridors, and other supporting facilities, as well as wooden boardwalks, mountain roads, squares, and other landscape projects. It also added signage, surveillance, background music, and emergency system installations. Meanwhile, the second phase included the development of a central cultural square, the addition of an eastern mountain gate at the junction with Xiang'an South Road, the expansion of the southern mountain gate square, the extension of a tourist road from Xiamen University to Xiangshan spanning about 3.6 kilometers, the addition of 120 parking spaces, as well as forest landscape transformation, scenic node arrangements, and rainwater collection and storage facilities.

The third phase mainly includes the construction of a flower sea, surrounding road landscape enhancements, management facility buildings, and the Xiang'an Folk Culture Exhibition Garden, among other service-supporting amenities.
