The former site of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party on Gulangyu Island is a cultural heritage site protected at the provincial level in Fujian Province.

The former site of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party is located at No. 8 Hu Lane, Gulangyu Island. The site faces northeast and is a two-story Western-style brick-and-wood building covering an area of 150 square meters. The building was constructed in the 9th year of the Republic of China (1920) as a private residence for overseas Chinese from Southeast Asia. In August of the 19th year of the Republic of China (1930), Zeng Zhi, a member of the Chinese Communist Party, rented the second floor of the building in her own name as the office space for the Secretariat, Propaganda Department, and the Provincial Military Commission of the Fujian Provincial Committee. On March 25 of the 20th year of the Republic of China (1931), the Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party on Gulangyu Island was severely damaged by the Nationalist authorities. Eight comrades, including Yang Shi, head of the Organization Department and Secretary-General of the Provincial Committee, Li Guozhen, head of the Propaganda Department, and Liang Huizhen, a staff member, were arrested and later executed heroically. This site is a municipal-level cultural heritage protection unit.

In 2013, the former site of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party on Gulangyu Island was designated as part of the eighth batch of provincial-level cultural heritage protection units by the People's Government of Fujian Province.
