The Ancient Kiln Site of Wan Yao is a municipal-level cultural relics protection unit in Xiamen.
The Ancient Kiln Site of Wan Yao is located in Wan Yao Village, Xiamei Farm No. 2, Houxi Town, Jimei District, Xiamen. It is a municipal-level cultural relics protection unit dating back to the Song Dynasty.
Protected area: Wan Yao Mountain.
Houxi Town: Houxi Town is an administrative town under Jimei District and part of the Jimei Foreign Investment Zone approved by the State Council. It enjoys the preferential policies of the Xiamen Special Economic Zone. The town also has the advantage of being a hometown of overseas Chinese, with 2,293 overseas Chinese households residing in 18 countries and regions including Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.
