The Tomb of Hong Chaoxuan is a cultural heritage site protected at the district level in Xiang'an.

The Tomb of Hong Chaoxuan is located in Hongcuo Village, Xindian Town, Xiang'an District. It is a county-level cultural heritage site dating back to the Ming Dynasty.

Protected area: 50 meters outward from the surrounding wall.

Hong Chaoxuan (1516–1582), courtesy name Shunchen, also known as Ruyin, styled Fangzhou, with the alias Jing’an, was a native of Hongcuo in the 13th Subdistrict of Xiangfengli, Tong’an. He became a Jinshi (imperial scholar) in the 20th year of the Jiajing reign during the Ming Dynasty (1541). He successively held positions such as Principal Clerk of the Ministry of Revenue, Langzhong (senior official), Director of the Ministry of Personnel, Vice Censor-in-Chief of Sichuan, Right Provincial Administrator of Guangxi, Left Provincial Administrator of Shanxi, Vice Minister of the Court of Imperial Stables, Right Censor-in-Chief and Right Deputy Censor-in-Chief of the Censorate, and Right Vice Minister of the Ministry of Justice. He retired as Left Vice Minister.
