The Record of the Rain-Praying Ritual Site is a cultural relic protection unit of Tong’an District.

The Record of the Rain-Praying Ritual Site is located to the north of Xianyuan Cave on Anhaoling Mountain in Xinmin Town, Tong’an District. It is a county-level cultural relic protection unit dating back to the Song Dynasty.

Protected area: 100 meters outward from all sides of the stone inscription.

Xinmin Town: Xinmin Town is situated southwest of Tong’an urban area, bordering Xiangping to the north, Jimei to the south, Xike to the east, and Lianhua and Fengnan to the west. The town covers an area of 51.2 square kilometers and governs seven communities—Wutu, Wulü, Houzhai, Sikouzhen, Huan, Heshan, and Xitang—as well as six administrative villages—Ganling, Hugan, Xilin, Yangcuopu, Xishan, and Caizhai.
