The site of the Second Provincial Congress of the Communist Party of China in Fujian Province is located at No. 449, Neicuowo, Gulangyu Island, Siming District, in the Zeng Family Residence. It is a municipal-level cultural relics protection unit dating back to 1930.
The building faces south and is a two-story brick-concrete structure covering an area of 180 square meters. Constructed in the 9th year of the Republic of China (1920), it was originally a private residence of Zeng Kundong, an overseas Chinese from Indonesia. From February 15 to 20 in the 19th year of the Republic of China (1930), the Second Provincial Congress of the Communist Party of China in Fujian Province was held here. The Central Committee of the CPC sent Yun Daiying to guide the congress. A total of 22 delegates attended the meeting. The congress re-elected the provincial party leadership, with Luo Ming appointed as the secretary of the provincial committee. Ten resolutions were passed during the meeting concerning politics, organization, labor, peasant movement, and military work, all of which played a significant role in guiding the revolutionary struggle across the province. This site is a municipal-level cultural relics protection unit.
