The Monument to Revolutionary Martyrs and Martyrs' Cemetery of Xiamen City is a municipal-level cultural relic protection unit.

The Monument to Revolutionary Martyrs and Martyrs' Cemetery of Xiamen City is located at No. 1 Huyuan Road, Siming District. It is a municipal-level cultural relic protection unit built in 1954.

The Monument to Revolutionary Martyrs and Martyrs' Cemetery of Xiamen City is situated in front of the Wanshiyan Botanical Garden in Xiamen. Built in October 1954, it covers a total area of 25,000 square meters. The monument faces west and consists of three parts: a granite base, a pedestal, and the main body. It stands 24 meters tall, with a five-pointed star and eight gilded Chinese characters reading “The Spirits of the Martyrs Shall Forever Guard the Seas,” personally inscribed by Chen Yi, engraved on both the front and back of the main structure. The martyrs' cemetery lies directly behind the monument. The tomb is circular, built with granite, standing 2.3 meters high with a circumference of 31 meters. Within the cemetery lie the remains or ashes of 1,036 martyrs, including members of the Communist Party of China who sacrificed their lives for the revolution on the eve of Xiamen’s liberation, PLA soldiers and boatmen who died in the battle to liberate Xiamen, as well as those who gave their lives in service during the socialist construction period. To the east of the cemetery lies the tomb of martyr An Yemin, who heroically died during the August 23 Artillery Battle in 1958. The tombstone bears an inscription by Zhu De that reads, “Eternal Glory to An Yemin, Soldier of Communism.” In 1987, the Xiamen Revolutionary Martyrs' Deeds Exhibition Hall was built north of the monument. This martyrs' monument, along with the Jimei Revolutionary Martyrs' Monument and Cemetery, is a municipal-level cultural relic protection unit.
