The Inscription of the "Record of Road Construction Directory" on Lingxiu Mountain is a cultural relic protection unit of Shishi City.

The Inscription of the "Record of Road Construction Directory" on Lingxiu Mountain is located in Lingfeng Village, Lingxiu Town. Carved in the first year of Yuanyou during the Northern Song Dynasty (1098) and extended in the second year of Chongning (1103), it measures 1.35 meters in height and 1 meter in width. It documents the reasons for and donors involved in two road construction projects leading to Jinxiang Temple. This well-preserved stone inscription is an important physical witness for studying the socioeconomic development and historical culture of Shishi during the Song Dynasty. Its protection category is rock caves, temples, and stone inscriptions.

On March 15, 2020, the Inscription of the "Record of Road Construction Directory" on Lingxiu Mountain was announced as part of the third batch of municipal-level cultural relic protection units in Shishi City.

Lingfeng Village: Originally part of Rongqing, it was formed by the merger of "Erfang" and "Shanxia," and named after its location at the foot of Lingxiu Mountain.

Erfang: Borders Qiangfang to the east, Shanxia to the south, is backed by Lingxiu Mountain to the west, and neighbors Xikeng to the north. It got its name because its founding ancestor was the second son among brothers.

Shanxia: Faces Shuikeng to the east, connects to Pengtian to the south, borders the northern foothills of Lingxiu Mountain to the west, and neighbors Erfang to the north. It is named for being built at the foot of Lingxiu Mountain. (Zhang Dewei)
