In Neicuo Village, the culture of Bi Gan has a long and profound history. Listening to the historical roots of Bi Gan’s culture and feeling his patriotic spirit stirs our hearts—no amount of words can express our admiration for the ancients. The village is also a well-known industrial hub. As a grain base in Quanzhou, rows of oil and grain enterprises stretch orderly into the distance, forming a unique scenic view.

Neicuo Community: Located in the southeastern part of Guanqiao Town, Neicuo Community covers an area of 3.5 square kilometers and includes four natural villages: Neicuo, Wumao, Shanhou, and Luokeng, with a population of 4,782. The Neicuo Community Party Branch was upgraded to the Neicuo Community Party Committee in June 2008, currently comprising 85 party members.
