The Former Residence of the Chen Family at Xiating is a cultural heritage site protected at the provincial level in Fujian Province.

The Former Residence of the Chen Family at Xiating is located in Xiating Village, Gongchen Subdistrict, Licheng District, Putian City, and dates back to the Republican era.

Description: It was the former residence of Chen Yuching (1918–1998), a former prominent political figure in Taiwan. The building faces south and features a two-story wooden and earthen structure. It spans five bays in width, with the central and side rooms extending three bays deep, and the end bays two bays deep. The roof load is carried by walls, and it has a flush-gable roof. The second-floor front corridor features intricately carved components on the rigidly cantilevered beams. The residence covers an area of 611 square meters.

In 2013, the Former Residence of the Chen Family at Xiating was designated as part of the eighth batch of provincial-level cultural heritage sites by the Fujian Provincial People's Government.
