The former site of the Changfeng Liaison Station is located in Houdun Natural Village, Changfeng Village, Gongchen Subdistrict, Licheng District, Putian City.

The Zhilin Ancestral Hall in Changfeng Village was an early transportation and liaison station for the Putian County Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. In March 1929, the Putian County Committee sent Wu Mengze to Xiamen to report to the provincial party leadership and brought back instructions emphasizing the importance of the workers' movement. The county committee then held an expanded meeting at the Zhilin Ancestral Hall in Changfeng Village to discuss implementing the provincial instructions and to adjust and strengthen the county committee leadership. After the meeting, the county committee moved its headquarters to Hanjiang, and a district committee was established in the urban area of Putian. After relocating to Hanjiang, the county committee began conducting in-depth investigations into the conditions of workers in Hanjiang and the urban area, strengthening the Party’s leadership over them. In the 1960s, revolutionary veterans such as Huang Guozhang, Lin Runan, and Su Hua visited Changfeng Village for inspection and follow-up.

The former site of the Changfeng Liaison Station is the Zhilin Ancestral Hall, which was built during the Shunzhi era of the early Qing Dynasty and has a history of over 300 years. The original structure was a single-story, brick-and-wood building with three wing rooms and one side room, facing south with a slight eastward orientation, covering an area of 180 square meters. Today, two additional two-story brick-and-concrete wing rooms have been built on either side of the ancestral hall, along with a new gatehouse in the style of a memorial archway.
