The former site of the Xiaca Liaison Station is a classic red tourism destination.

The former site of the Xiaca Liaison Station is located in Zhulin Natural Village, Xiaca Village, Xitianwei Town, Licheng District, Putian City.

Chen Guozhu from Xiaca Village was a founder of the Putian Party organization. He recruited progressive locals to join the revolutionary cause. Huang Jinxuan and his mother Zhang Fazhi from Zhulin Natural Village in Xiaca Village were among the earliest to follow Chen Guozhu in revolutionary activities, providing financial and other forms of support to the underground Party organization. On December 29, 1926, when Chen Guozhu organized the first Putian County Peasant Association Representative Conference at the ancient Gulou Tower in downtown Putian, the event was disrupted by Kuomintang elements. Huang Jinxuan successfully helped Chen Guozhu escape danger. Later, he set up a secret liaison station at his home to shelter revolutionary activists traveling through the area until Putian was liberated. Huang Jinxuan himself was recognized as a dispersed Red Army member.

The former site of the Xiaca Liaison Station is a civil residence with an earthen and wooden structure, facing west and situated eastward. The front section consists of a two-story building with three wing rooms, while the rear is a single-story structure. It covers an area of 70 square meters. During the revolutionary period, Chen Guozhu once hid in the basement of the east wing room, which has since been filled in. In December 2011, the Party History Research Office of the Putian Municipal Committee designated the site with a protective plaque.

Xiadizhai Village in Xitianwei Town is located at the foot of Jiuhua Mountain, 16 kilometers from the town center. It currently has 17 villager groups, with 418 households and a total population of 1,982, including 63 Party members. The village has 1,230.2 mu of arable land, 13,372.1 mu of forested land, and 2,013 mu of fruit orchards.
