The Site of the Former Tali Branch of the CPC Putian Committee is located in Tali Natural Village, Linshan Village, Xitianwei Town, Licheng District, Putian City.

As one of the earliest base villages in the revolutionary old area, Linshan Village witnessed the establishment of the Tali Branch of the CPC Linshan Committee personally organized by Chen Guozhu. Yu Wenken, the first branch secretary, contributed significantly during the Agrarian Revolutionary War by recruiting more than ten outstanding comrades for the underground CPC organization and guerrilla forces in Putian. Throughout the most challenging periods of the revolution, the Tali Branch consistently served as a strong fortress of the Party organization. It played a vital role in safeguarding the safety of leaders of the CPC (Central Fujian) organization, supplying provisions and funds, and was especially effective in activities such as resisting rents and taxes, fundraising, borrowing grain, and supporting the children of revolutionaries—making it a shining example among rural party branches in the Beiyang Mountain area.

Linshan Village: Located at the site of the Southern Shaolin Temple, Linshan Village is 12 kilometers from the town center. It currently has 23 villager groups, 508 households, and a total population of 2,298, including 57 Party members. The village owns 2,029.4 mu of arable land, 12,345.6 mu of forestland, and 2,156 mu of orchard land. It is home to the renowned Southern Shaolin Temple, which integrates martial arts, pilgrimage, and tourism.
