The site of the Expanded Meeting of the Putian General Committee is located in Sanshiliuxiang Village, Guilin Village, Xindu Town, Licheng District, Putian City.

In November 1930, the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China sent rural inspector Deng Zihui to Putian to guide revolutionary activities in the Putian area. Upon his arrival, Deng Zihui convened an expanded meeting of the Putian General Committee at Zhonghe Temple in Sanshiliuxiang, at the foot of Mount Hugong. More than ten people attended the meeting, including Wang Yujie, secretary of the Putian General Committee, committee members Chen Tianzhang, Wang Jixiu, Wu Mengze, Guo Shouluan, Han Yongfan, Jiang Sheng, Zheng Ji, and over seven members from the county-level Communist Youth League. At the meeting, Deng Zihui conveyed the directives from the Provincial Committee and shared experiences from the land revolution in western Fujian. He analyzed the current struggle situation in Putian, pointing out that the revolutionary forces were currently at a disadvantage against stronger enemies. The Red Army guerrilla units needed to adopt strategic approaches when engaging in armed struggle. Guerrilla actions should not be purely military but should also help peasants address land issues. Moreover, it was essential to establish revolutionary bases and form Soviet governments in areas with strong mass support and favorable geographic conditions.

The site of the Expanded Meeting of the Putian General Committee is Zhonghe Temple, a two-story building facing south with a northern orientation, constructed with earth and wood, comprising a total of five rooms.

Guilin Village: Guilin Village

Guilin Village is situated at the foot of Mount Hugong, approximately 8.5 kilometers from the town center. The Fuzhou-Xiamen Expressway crosses the foothills of Mount Hugong, while the Dongzhen Irrigation Channel cuts through the middle of the village. The village enjoys a unique geographical location, lying at the junction of the Lingchuan and Huangshi areas. It consists of eight natural villages, divided into ten villager groups, with a total of 553 households, a population of over 2,800, and 54 Party members. The village has 8 kilometers of village roads, mountainous areas covering more than 2,500 mu, and farmland spanning over 1,100 mu.
