Xibai Village is situated at the foot of Jiuhua Mountain, 1 kilometer from the town center. It currently has 15 villager groups, with 1,085 households and a total population of 4,350, including 208 Party members. The village has 401 mu of arable land, 3,456.6 mu of forested land, and 512 mu of orchard land, along with 12 kilometers of village roads. In 2007, the village produced a total of 412 tons of grain, 2,757 tons of vegetables, 41 tons of fruit, and 582 tons of livestock products.
