Huadong, commonly known as “Peiwei,” is geographically located on the southern bank of the estuary of the Mulan River, within the southern Putian Plain. The area features vast green fields and is surrounded by clear waters, with cement village roads and tractor paths crisscrossing between homes and fields, offering highly convenient land and water transportation. The area spans 1.928 square kilometers and governs five natural villages.
