The Ninghua County Revolutionary Memorial Hall is a classic red tourism attraction.

Ninghua is a well-known Central Soviet Area county and the starting point of the Long March of the Red Army. It was an important part of the Central Soviet Area during the Agrarian Revolutionary War, providing substantial food supplies to the Red Army and earning the title "Ukraine of the Soviet Area."

The Ninghua County Revolutionary Memorial Hall is situated on Beishan in Ninghua County’s urban area. Built in May 1977, it comprises the Revolutionary Memorial Hall, the Revolutionary Martyrs’ Monument, a bronze sculpture of Mao Zedong’s poem “Like a Dream · New Year’s Day,” a stone carving titled “The Loud and Clear Bugle,” the Revolutionary Memorial Park, and the site of the first joint meeting of the Party and Youth League groups in Ninghua County. The museum houses 1,861 cultural relics (sets), including a nationally unique and fully preserved copy of the “Military Bugle Calls of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army,” along with other precious revolutionary artifacts. In 1996, it was named one of the first municipal-level patriotic education bases, and in 2001, it was designated as a “Provincial-level Patriotic Education Base” in Fujian Province.
