The Former Site of the Soviet Government in Huangnibu Central District is a classic red tourism attraction.

The Former Site of the Soviet Government in Huangnibu Central District is located at No. 10 Yehua Road, Lower Street, Huangbu Village, Huangbu Township, Jianning County.

In February 1931, the Fourth Red Army defeated the defense corps of various villages in the northwest of Jianning County and established revolutionary committees in Ningyuan, Lutian, Shuinanqiao, Yanshang, Lixin, Guiyang, Chenyu, and Xianhe. In May, after the First Front Army of the Red Army liberated Jianning County, with the help of the Red Army, the People's Revolutionary Committee of Jianning County was established. At the same time, five central district Soviet governments were set up in Chengshi, Qucun, Lixin, Guiyang, and Huangnibu to carry out land reform, overthrow local tyrants, distribute land, recruit soldiers, and raise funds. During this period, central district Red Guards and guerrilla units were also organized to support the Red Army in combat. In July, as the main force of the Red Army withdrew from Jianning to return to southern Jiangxi to participate in the Third Counter-Encirclement Campaign of the Central Soviet Area, Jianning County was occupied by the Nationalist Army, and the Soviet Government in Huangnibu Central District ceased its activities.

The Former Site of the Soviet Government in Huangnibu Central District was built in the late Qing Dynasty. It faces east and sits west, featuring a wooden structure with an overhanging gable roof. The building spans 12.2 meters in width and covers a total area of 152.5 square meters. It consists of a porch, lower hall, courtyard, and upper hall.
