The former site of the Soviet Area Bank is a classic red tourism attraction.

The former site of the Soviet Area Bank is located at No. 10, Side Lane, Shuiwei Village, Kefang Township, Jianning County.

The Shuiwei Soviet Area Bank was established in May 1934 after the fall of Jianning County seat. It was set up by the Second Combat Sector of the Min-Gan Military District to stabilize the financial situation in Soviet areas such as Kefang in the southwest and northwest of Jianning, develop the local economy, prepare military provisions, and ensure the supply for the revolutionary war. It played an important role in supporting the struggles of the Red Army, the Jianning County Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Jianning County Soviet Government, and the Min-Gan Guerrilla Forces in areas like Kefang in the southwest and northwest of Jianning.

The former site of the Shuiwei Soviet Area Bank is a wooden residential structure facing south and measuring three bays wide, with a two-courtyard, three-hall layout. The central axis of the building includes the lower hall, lower courtyard, middle hall, upper courtyard, and upper hall, covering a total area of 570 square meters. It is now one of the revolutionary tradition education sites in Jianning County.
