Yong'an Dengyun Tower

Yong'an Dengyun Tower is a cultural tourism attraction.

Commonly known as the "South Tower." It is located on Nanshan Mountain in the southern part of the city. Originally built in the third year of the Jingtai era of the Ming Dynasty (1452), it is the founding county tower of Yong'an. The tower stands 28 meters tall, with a brick-and-stone structure, featuring seven stories and an octagonal pavilion-style design. It underwent two renovations during the Jiaqing era of the Ming Dynasty and the Kangxi era of the Qing Dynasty; it was restored again in 1981 and was announced by the Yong'an Municipal People's Government in 1984 as one of the first municipal-level cultural heritage protection units.
