Hongyun Mountain Stone Forest

Hongyun Mountain is located on the western lakeside slope of the Lin'yin Stone Forest Scenic Area, about 1.5 kilometers from the Lin'yin Stone Forest, covering an area of approximately 0.56 square kilometers. The upper part features karst sinkholes filled with variously shaped stone buds and pillars, resembling a natural bonsai garden. Surface water collected in these sinkholes seeps down through limestone fissures and flows out from the lower part of Hongyun Cave, where clear spring water flows year-round. Stalactites and other chemical sedimentary formations inside Hongyun Cave are still developing, displaying vibrant colors and dazzling brilliance that are quite captivating. "Major attractions include: Peach Blossom Spring Living Water, Rock Gorge Rock, Golden Rooster Announcing Dawn, Tiger Pouncing for Prey, Jade Rabbit Gazing at the Moon, Squirrel Crouching on the Cliff, and over 30 other sites, all remarkably vivid and lifelike."
