The former residence of Li Baojun is a cultural relic protection unit of Fujian Province.

The former residence of Li Baojun is located in Yangfeng Village, Gongchuan Town, Yong'an City, dating back to 1886.

Description: Also known as Yongfu Hall, it was built in the 16th year of the Guangxu reign during the Qing Dynasty (1890). Facing south and backed by the north, it consists of a gate tower, enclosing walls, an open courtyard, lower hall, main hall, wing rooms, a terraced platform, and side chambers, covering a construction area of 524 square meters. The gate tower is made of brick and has three stories with four pillars. The lower hall is five bays wide and six pillars deep, while the main hall is five bays wide and seven pillars deep, both featuring post-and-lintel beam frames and flush gable roofs. Li Baojun (1886–1912), styled Kunfu, was a pioneer in aircraft manufacturing and flight in China.

In 2013, the former residence of Li Baojun was designated as part of the eighth batch of provincial-level cultural relic protection units by the People's Government of Fujian Province.

Protected area: 3 meters to the east, extending to the village road to the south, to the residence of Li Daoxiang to the west, and 10 meters to the north.

Yangfeng Village: Located southeast of Gongchuan Town, Yong'an City, Yangfeng Village lies 27 kilometers south of Yong'an City proper and 42 kilometers north of Sanming. The village currently has a population of 669, with 188 households and 6 villager groups. The total area under its jurisdiction is 1,071.2 hectares, including 1,210.9 mu of arable land and 14,031 mu of forested land, of which 7,960.5 mu are bamboo forests. The area boasts abundant forest and bamboo resources and enjoys a beautiful environment. Within its boundaries is a reservoir with a capacity of 960,000 cubic meters, and the water resources can support hydropower generation with an installed capacity of 400 kilowatts.
